Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KlickMade (“we,” “us” or “our”), a paid media and growth marketing business based in Vancouver, Canada, handles personal information when you visit klickmade.com, contact us or work with us.

Our services include paid search and paid social campaign management, creative and copy, landing page and conversion support, and analytics and pipeline measurement for B2B and SaaS businesses.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to website visitors, people who contact us, prospective clients and client business contacts. It also describes information we may handle while providing services to clients. A client’s own privacy notice and our service agreement may also apply to campaign information handled on that client’s behalf.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, optional website, current or planned monthly advertising budget, and the goals or challenges you choose to describe. We also receive information you share through email, calls, proposals, agreements and project communications.

If you become a client, we may receive billing and business contact information, campaign materials, approvals and records needed to manage the engagement. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

Technical and security information

Our hosting, form-processing and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps and security signals to deliver the website, process requests and prevent abuse. reCAPTCHA may also process information about your interaction with the page to assess whether a submission is automated.

Information used for client work

Depending on the agreed scope, clients may authorize access to advertising accounts, analytics, CRM records, landing pages and campaign reports. This information can include business contact details, lead or conversion records, audience information and campaign performance data. We use it for the agreed services and follow the client’s authorized instructions. Clients are responsible for having the permissions and notices needed to provide that information to us.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, assess whether our services are a fit, arrange calls and prepare proposals.
  • Provide and administer agreed services, communicate with clients and maintain business records.
  • Review campaign performance, lead quality, conversion activity and pipeline information within the agreed scope.
  • Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and prevent spam or other misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and address disputes or protect legitimate rights.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We use the details you submit to review and respond to your request and discuss the services you asked about. Any separate promotional communications requiring consent will be handled separately.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information when reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including with providers supporting hosting, form handling, communications and service delivery.

  • Netlify: we use Netlify for website hosting and form processing. Netlify processes inquiry submissions on our behalf when you send a request.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: the form uses reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention. Its processing is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Campaign platforms: when needed for an authorized client engagement, we work with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Reddit Ads, along with the analytics or CRM systems included in the scope. Each platform also has its own privacy practices.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate privacy protections. We do not sell website inquiry information.

For information about Netlify’s handling of data, see its privacy statement.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not currently include optional analytics scripts or advertising pixels. Hosting and security services may use necessary technologies. Google reCAPTCHA uses a security cookie, including _GRECAPTCHA, when it runs, and may interact with other Google cookies depending on your browser and existing settings.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking security-related cookies or scripts may prevent the CAPTCHA or form from working. If we add optional analytics or advertising tracking, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before activating it.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to requests, managing engagements, keeping necessary business records and meeting legal requirements.

The appropriate period depends on the type of information, the engagement, applicable obligations and any ongoing dispute. Client information handled on a client’s behalf is subject to the relevant agreement and authorized instructions. Our providers may maintain separate security logs or backups under their own retention arrangements.

7. Where information is processed

KlickMade is based in Canada. Providers and platforms involved in our website or services may process information in other countries, including the United States. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and lawful access requests by its authorities.

8. Protecting information

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it for the purposes described in this policy. The measures appropriate to a particular engagement depend on the information and systems involved. No website, transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent for uses that rely on it, or request deletion where available. Some information may need to be retained or withheld because of legal, contractual or other applicable exceptions.

Contact us using the details below and describe your request. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. For information held on a client’s behalf, we may refer your request to that client or assist them with a response.

If we cannot resolve a concern, you may contact the privacy regulator responsible for your location. In British Columbia, this is the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

10. Children and third-party links

Our website and services are intended for businesses, not children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Links to other websites or platforms are governed by their own privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, website or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
